This is a great solution for single person companies, small businesses and those business owners who have the time to do payroll themselves.

This solution is easy to use and maintain as we help you every step of the way. Once set up all you need is a web browser like Microsoft Internet Explorer and Internet access. You will input payroll information to the secure web site and either print checks from your computer's printer or use the free direct deposit option to pay your employees. Cost? Just $39.00 per month for up to 5 employees. Direct Deposit is FREE!

First after you contact us, we will gather the necessary payroll information from you. Typically we would need the names, addresses, social security numbers, W-4 withholding and tax filing information, plus the pay rate or periodic salary amounts. If you have already done any payrolls/ paid and withheld from you employees in the current calendar year we will also need that payment information (pay stubs or reports from the old payroll system or service are sufficient). We will also set up your Federal and State employer tax accounts for electronic filing.

Next you tell us the frequency and periods covered for you payroll. Most common examples are: Bi Weekly (every two weeks on a specific day usually Friday) Semi Monthly (twice a month usually on the 5th and the 20th for work done the 1st to the 15th and 15th to the end of the month)

Finally after we set up your account you simply log into the the service from anywhere you have Internet access and input your payroll information. You can either print checks from your computer's printer or use the free direct deposit option to pay your employees.

Tax and other payroll deductions are automatically made and you will be sent e-mail messages setting forth the dates for you to log back into the services and make you payments and tax return filings electronically. You can print out the forms for your records using your computer's printer.

Fees:

Monthly: $39.00, $1.50 per employee for 5 or more employees
Set up, New Company, no prior payroll: $49.00
Set up, Prior Payroll 1-5 employees: $59.00 per calendar quarter

, Prior Payroll additional employee: $10.00 per calendar qtr.
